DELIVERY

Any delivery date given by Chalk is a best estimate (from date of payment not date of order) and is non-binding. All carriage prices, unless otherwise stated, are subject to VAT.  Please note that deliveries may be subject to delay for reasons outside our control. Carriage charges will be calculated at checkout or for larger or bulky orders agreed prior to delivery. We only deliver to business addresses.

Mainland UK Delivery

Our minimum carriage paid* order is £600 net. For new customers, the minimum first order value is £400 net. There is no subsequent minimum order value.

Isle of Wight and Scottish Highlands Delivery

Our minimum carriage paid* order is £800 net. For new customers, the minimum first order value is £400 net. There is no subsequent minimum order value.

Northern Ireland Delivery                                                                      

Our minimum carriage paid* order is £800 net even for back orders. For new customers, the minimum first order value is £400 net. There is no subsequent minimum order value. We will require your EORI Number before booking shipping.

Offshore Delivery, including Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney Islands and Southern Ireland

For customers who prefer to organise their own collection we can offer EXW (Ex Works) shipping terms.

For customers who do not wish to organise collection we offer DAP (Delivered at Place) shipping terms. In this instance the customer is responsible only for unloading at destination, import duty and local taxes. For DAP terms there will be a charge of 5% of the net value of the order as a contribution towards shipping. The minimum order for DAP deliveries is £800 net even for back orders.
