We reserve the right to alter prices and products if necessary. Products and ranges are constantly being updated and may differ from those pictured or previously ordered. Embellished products are bespoke and made to order (customised) and therefore delivery times can vary. Bespoke and customised goods are not subject to cancellation rights. The risk in the goods shall pass to the customer on completion of delivery. Title to the goods shall pass to the customer once payment in full (cleared funds) has been made to Chalk.

We aim to provide postcode exclusivity for our customers; a postcode will not be secure if you do not order regularly (at least every 6 months). The radius of postcode exclusivity will vary depending on location and density and is solely at the discretion of Chalk. There may be instances where, by prior arrangement, a postcode can be shared where 2 customers stock different ranges e.g. fragrance and clothing. Department stores and independent boutiques may share a postcode.
At trade shows it is not always possible to complete postcode checks for potential customers, in these cases the postcode check will be completed after the trade show and the potential customer will be advised as soon as possible of the outcome.
We will supply online only customers at our discretion, pending approval of the website on which our products will be sold. Images of our products for websites and social media can be downloaded from our website with no permission needed.
You are only authorised to sell our goods at addresses and/or websites that we have previously agreed. We do not allow our goods to be sold in second-hand shops or independent websites (including Amazon and eBay).
By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to our terms, including selling our products under the CHALKUK Ltd brand and pricing of our products.

Customers have 14 days to complete their purchase before the draft order will be removed from the system. Goods are only reserved and sent to be processed once paid for.
We are able to accommodate customers that wish to place forward orders by prior arrangement within a reasonable time frame. Our products are not seasonal. Own-labelled or own-designed printed products is at Chalks discretion and subject to a minimum order quantity.
When placing an order at a Trade Show, we will inform you of products that are currently in production and would delay the delivery of your order. We will make every effort to simplify your order, whether this means splitting it or setting a later delivery date once the out-of-stock product is available. Please note we cannot allocate the stock within your order until we have received payment.
Whilst every effort is made to send complete orders, we reserve the right to make part deliveries. In the unlikely event that we are unable to send items, we will put these on backorder. We will keep in touch with you about when backordered items are due to be sent out, so that you have an opportunity to add to the backorder. If we do not hear from you within a week about adding to your order, we will send the items out to you. You may incur a carriage charge, depending on how many items you add to your backorder, this will be discussed prior to you completing payment for your order.
Returns
No goods may be returned without prior consent. All returns must be sent via Royal Mail second class delivery (not signed for). We are unable to refund more expensive postal services.
Any goods that you wish to return must be in their original packaging, with their labels attached and unmarked. If the packaging or labelling is damaged, marked or missing, we will charge you a restocking fee of £1 per item.
Despite our quality assurance efforts, damages can occasionally occur in production or transit and order processing errors can be made. Please inspect all goods carefully upon receipt and notify us of damages to deliveries within 2 working days so that we can raise a claim with the courier company. We ask that you send a clear photo of any damages to info@chalkuk.com.
Chalk will be liable for clear manufacturing defects and we will replace or credit these. Please notify us as soon as possible if there are any defects in your delivery. Chalk will not be liable for any defects caused in store or by customers.
Products
Branding Policy
We will not supply to stockists with “Chalk” in their name.
Chalk products cannot be amended/changed/edited by our stockists. This includes making any alterations to the labels and packaging which may make them look like they have been designed/manufactured by the stockist.
